Iced Espresso Shake: Serves 1
- Prepare a regular espresso using Coffee Roasters’ Jamaican Blue Mountain®Coffee
- Add sugar and some crushed ice
- Shake or mix thoroughly
- Serve in tumblers or champagne glasses.
Tips: You can also add a bit of cold milk and a teaspoon of coffee liqueur
“No Problem” Coffee: Serves 2
- 1 cup brewed Coffee Roasters’Jamaica Blue Mountain® Coffee
- 1/3 oz. Jamaican rum (red or white)
- 1/3 oz. coffee liqueur
- 1/3 oz. Creme de cacao
- Whipped cream
Serve hot
Irish Coffee Recipe: Serves 1
- 1 cup brewed Coffee Roasters’ Jamaica Blue Mountain® Coffee
- 1-1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
- 2 Teaspoons brown sugar
- Heavy cream
Blend brown sugar, coffee and whiskey in a cup or mug.
Top the drink with a quarter inch of heavy cream, but do not stir.
You can also use whipped cream instead of heavy cream.
Island Style Ice Coffee Recipe:
Serves 2
- 12 oz brewed Coffee Roasters’ Jamaica Blue Mountain® Coffee
- 6 generous teaspoons creamer
- 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
While coffee is still hot, stir together with sugar and creamer until completely dissolved. Let mixture cool to room temperature.
Serve in chilled glasses. Pour over cubed or shaved ice.
